Over the bass-borne seventh, minor’s raised third stands a fourth above — so the figure carries its accidental as ♯4. The bass falls as the 4/2 demands, the leading tone rises as the sharp demands, and the first inversion that results has paid both debts at once.
The three upper voices of the model realization fit under one hand. The sharp in ♯4/2 is F sharp — the tenor already holds it when the bass slips underneath, and it rises the moment the bass lands. Carry it into D minor, C minor.
