Multiple verses stack in a fixed vertical order with verse numbers in the left margin

When a piece has more than one verse of text, each verse gets its own horizontal lyric row stacked directly beneath the previous verse (verse 1 closest to the staff, verse 2 below it, etc.), with a verse number printed identifying each row.

Verse 2's text renders at the same baseline as verse 1 (overlapping), or verses stack in an inconsistent order from one system to the next, or the verse number is missing or repeated unnecessarily.
