Ties and slurs arcing near ledgered notes must clear the ledger lines, not just the noteheads

A tie or slur whose endpoint sits on a ledgered note must curve clear of that note's ledger line(s), not merely clear of the notehead itself — the arc's control point nearest the ledgered endpoint needs extra vertical clearance proportional to the endpoint's ledger-line count.
