The same descent into the relative minor from G major: the pivot is C, and D♯ — a sharp the signature never promised — makes E minor real.

The mirror of the last exercise, one key over: C major is IV at home and VI in E minor, and it faces both ways without moving. The ♯ over B does the whole work of arrival — D♯ is the tone that exists in no signature the student has seen this exercise, and its two strikes turn a borrowed color into a residence.
The three upper voices of the model realization fit under one hand. Both cadences use the same two half steps — D sharp rising to E in the soprano, the bass falling B to E. Minor is entered the way it is always entered: by manufacturing the pull. Carry it into C major, D major.
