Descending, the bass passes from the first inversion back to the root through the dominant’s 6/4 — and because that chord contains the leading tone, the figure carries the accidental: ♯6. The tenor sounds it in passing and resolves it upward; a passing chord still keeps its obligations.

At the keyboard

The three upper voices of the model realization fit under one hand. The passing chord here is the dominant standing on its fifth, and its raised third must be marked: read the ♯6 in the figure and find C sharp under the hand. Carry it into A minor, G minor.
